trim-tabs not working

The trim-tabs on my Fairline are not working, the motor runs but the oil is not being pumped, the unit is made by 'Boat Leveller Mfg Co.' does anyone know where I can take it to be fixed (Poole area pref)? thanks

Check the hydraulic fluid level in the reservoir. If low, top up according to manfr's instructions. Don't overfill.

My only other suggestion is to look at the trim tabs themselves to see if there is a lot of growth, barnacles etc preventing movement. I live in warmer climate and the coral worm and other nasties like to congregate around the trim tab rams. Hope this helps.

Are the solenoid valves working? I think you should feel them open if someone else operates the control and you place your finger on them (the valves, not the other person)
