Having just rebuild my trim tab rams I have been setting them up today.
Is it standard that the Port switch operates the Stbd tab and vice versa, or are my connecting pipes affixed to the pump unit the wrong way around ?
I have had to remove the pump unit due to a sticking solenoid not releasing and letting the Port tab rise, so reversing the two connections is straightforward. With the switches crossed over the Tab operation is Port switch (bow down) depresses Stbd tab / Port Bow, and Stbd switch Port tab / Stbd Bow.
So what is the convention ?
