Dear owners of Trident Voyager 38, I am looking for scanned manual of the boat.
Please let me know if you have paper or digital copy, it would be really appreciated.

Welcome to the forum

Very unlikely there was ever a manual for the boat. It was built at a time when such things were not required - and many were finished by the owners rather than the factory. Most of the original equipment on the boat such as engine, electrics, electronics, plumbing, deck gear rig would have been readily available UK made at the time but of course much of it may not now be original as owners change and replace things over the years.

This forum is a good place to ask for advice and information on maintaining older boats and sourcing equipment, so if you have specific questions just ask.

Do you have photos of the boat or any of its history?

Hi, Tranona.

Actually my friends couple bought this boat last year in Greece, and it was named as "Pendeb". This is The Voyager 38 Ketch built sometime around 1985. There are few folders of equipment manuals on the boat, except data of boat itself. Also we cannot find nameplate with "Max Charge weght" data, which is essential, as I think.
So, the boat had refit, and now named "Khaotika", and located in Kas, Turkey:

Just to second @Tranona I have owned 6 older boats, my current one being a Voyager 35. None have had a "boat manual". The best you can hope for is a collection of installation instructions/manuals for the individual items of equipment.

Looks a decent boat. The sort of information you are looking for was rarely available originaally. It did not become compulsory until 1997 in Europe (and UK).

As I suggested there are many people on here who own old boats or were involved in the industry when these boats were built, so tell your friends to join up and ask questions.

In the unlikely event your friends are not aware - there is a YouTube channel called SailLife where a Danish owner completely gutted and rebuilt one (there might be some debate as to whether it is the exact same model…!).

This would tell them more about the design and construction than any manual.
