Trawler refloated yesterday Pictures

A trawler that sunk a week ago off Langstone Harbour & was refloated yesterday, Quite an operation for a smallish boat.

Assume it's insured. So the insurance company is facing both the cost of recovery and repair/replace of vessel and gear?

Might be environmental reasons for getting it out of the water

Could also be a navigation hazard at the harbour entrance if the water is shallow.

It looks like a serious operation with all that gear, leaving nothing to chance.
