Traveling during Covid-19 times

I miss my boat which is waiting for me since Oct. 2020 in my Italian marina.
To see her I used to drive from Munich to Lignano, crossing German-Austrian-Italian borders.
I got two shots of Pfizer vaccine and a certificate to prove it.....
Any advises how/when to try a journey?

October 2020! You were lucky. We have been unable to get to ours since August 2020. Marina tells us it’s still afloat.

We can see ours on a webcam - albeit at some considerable distance and sometimes blocked by a large mobo! It is reassuring though, and a webcam will be quite high on the 'need' list in the future.
