Trash Bagger in UK?

While I was in the USA, I saw a device called a Trash Bagger: a resin frame with a hinged cover which mounts on any smooth surface with three suction cups. It uses the typical supermarket bags, or kitchen trash bags.

Yes, you can get them in most caravan accessory shops - eg here.

It's the suction cup variety I was looking for.
