You could try this contact, he delivers between the uk and Greek isles (Kefalonia) I am not sure if it is up to date but worth a pop.

Thanks for the update, i thought that as he drives to Kefalonia, he would have to catch a ferry from Nidri, Patras or Kylini he may have dropped stuff off, but obviously not.

I think he goes by ferry from Italy to Patras then ferry to Kefalonia so Preveza is way out of his way.
