hi , recently noticed that my transducer ( transom mounted ) had cracked on the mounting . anyway glued it back together like you do, (good old arildite ) so out i go few tight turns , quite choppy , lots of full throttle , lots of knots , loads of fun ............... no transducer !!!! before i replace it i would like to know if it may be better to fit a through hull version even if only to reduce a small amont of drag etc whats the verdict ? ? is fitting a through hull version a pain in the arse and does anyone know a cheap place to buy one ? its for a 178c garmin plotter . cheers folks
