Trailer wheel bearings

Always change my wheel bearings annually,but if stainless steel bearings were available,just a good grease up once a year would suffice! Does any firm manufacture stainless bearings?

I may be wrong, but the tapper rollers in the bearings are case harden'd. I don't think that its possible to case harden s/s.. and theres the small fact that the bearing manufacturers would reduce their business.
