Trading down

How many on here have traded down.

Seriously considering trading down my 2006 P50 for a brand new Bavaria s36 open.

Just feel that it would be better suited to my current boating needs....which is more of a day boat useage.

Thoughts?

Slightly different sizes but we went from a Broom 41 (which is a big boat in accommodation terms) to a Sealine S34. Absolutely love the smaller boat - easy to access, use and maintain and we use it without a thought, whereas the Broom took a bit more thinking about.

There is some truth in the old adage that the amount of fun you get from a boat is inversely proportional to its size. ?
