Trader 47 Sundeck Gelcoat Colour

Hi everyone. I have a 'new to me' 2002 Trader 47 Sundeck and as is always the way there are a few little 'dings' that need a little attention. Does anyone know the RAL colour or even just the 'normal' gel coat colour for these boats? It looks much the same colour as the 44, 54 etc from the 90's to early 2000's so if anyone has a clue I'd appreciate it. My history on colour matching isn't great and it looks like the previous owner wasn't much better with a couple of little paint touchups that were a fair way off.

Obviously I know colours fade etc over time so it may not be exact, but a starting colour would be really handy..

We had the same problem and couldn`t establish the colour even with good contacts with one or two ex Trader people. This isn`t very helpful but I can tell you it`s a very difficult match.

Enjoy the 47. They are great boats IMHO.

Thanks for the reply.. Yeah it seems a tricky match and it seems the previous owner didn't have much luck either...
And thanks, enjoying the 47 a lot so far. Plenty of jobs to do to get her 'nice' but overall a great boat with acres of space.. An ideal size for me.
