Tracing an old boat

Hi all, a boater on another channel is trying to find information on an old Buckingham 25 grp cruiser called "Ostfriese". It used to be on the Lee and Stort many years ago (1977) and was moored up at/near Stanstead Abbots marina which has now been taken over by the Lee Valley. I tried Mr. Jim Sheads website/boat register, but to no avail. Given the time that has passed, it could be anywhere...or even in a skip. Any feedback would be welcome,Thanks.

Try the EA site or River and Canal trust . Info on there via boat names .

Thanks for the reply, Volvopaul. Will pass message on to bloke on other channel. I think it will be a hard one to find as he doesn"t seem to have details on an BW number, but has pics of said boat.
