The Solent is under the command of the Queens Harbour Master in Portsmouth.
As it appears that Sunseeker in Poole know who owns the boat, and will not divulge it to you, I suggest you pass the whole lot to the QHM, as it is his baileywick not that of the Police . A copy of the video would not go amiss either

I had one attempt to anchor in the Menai straights while waiting for slack water in the Swellies. F5 blowing one way, 2 or 3 knots of tide going the other way. Never again, give me the Solent any day!

whats wrong with you , the menai straits is a little pussy cat, @@??!!..

nice and quiet (at times). have noticed a lot more boy racers in their speedboats, maybe due to the windermere restrictions, mooring are getting a little bouncy, during the day, should be getting a speed restriction up here soon, if it carries on....

Got hit on saturday by gin palace, must be that time of year...
