trace owners of my windy from poole harbour

i am doing up a windy 30ft motor cruiser with twin volvo turbo diesels 200hp each.
the boats name is "basket" and it has poole harbour stickers from 1996 to 2001
i would like to trace the previous owners any ideas?

Those stickers are for the dues payable to PHC. Maybe the harbour commision could give you a contact number of the last owners. Dont think they would give you an address tho. Poole Harbour Commision have a web site at www.phc.co.uk with all their contact info. Hope this helps

Pretty sure in the late '80s early '90s this boat was either on the River Dart or in Torquay, sure I remember seeing it about. Does it have a sort of covered helm/open backed wheelhouse arrangement?
