Now that the MOT is going to test vehicle towbar electric sockets, Do you think you can get away with having a towbar and no electric socket?

Any old registration plate?

I can't be arsed to find it now, but there is a regulation that states the rear plate fixed to a trailer must be identical to the plate on the rear of the towing vehicle.
So cardboard and felt tip doesn't do it.
