Torrevieja - Really tall mast

Having lunch a week or so ago I spotted a mast towering over some nearby blocks of flats so later i drove past the port entrance and there is a silver hulled yacht with a really tall mast, couldn't see any cross trees just a fore and back stay which seems a strange set up for such a tall mast, it looks about 8 stories tall. Anyone know what it is or what her name is?

No stays on the mast. There is a Boom fore and aft supported by topping lifts that will look like stays. Seen this if before on a smaller vessel on the clyde. The mast rotates keeping the booms at 180 degrees to each other
