Torquay Marina - Lots of Mobo's

Most (if not all marinas i visit) have far more sailing yachts than mobo's. The exception is Torquay, I was there this week and found it quite nice to be in the majority for a change but I'm at a loss to why Torquay is so mobo biased. Any ideas?

Precisely - straight run down the M5, Torquay is about the first thing with water you hit.
