Thanks again everyone. Stilsons did the job, luckily Jeanneau are smart enough to place everything where it can be accessed and only one instance where I couldn't remove the cock then the nut. I did use the angle grinder on that one, but have to say that's definitely not an easier route except in an emergency, and it all got very hot which can't be good for the GRP!
New TruDesign are in and looking very smart with their load bearing collars fitted. Not launched yet but assuming they don't leak I'm hoping that's the last time I need to think about seacocks on this boat!

Another method for removing an old brass, bronze or plastic skin fitting is to nest two hole saws, with the smaller the same as the skin fitting ID, the larger the threaded part OD. The smaller needs to protrude a few mm, allowing it to engage within the skin fitting and thus locate the outer cutter concentric with the fitting.

I also find the 3/4" socket set I bought when replacing skin fittings on my Turbo 36 several boats ago very handy for most skin fittings.
