You can get flat flexible blades for the Oscillating tools like the Bosch & Fein copies that would work well and are very controllable - I've used them to take "permanent" stickers off painted steel

I have just completed replacement of ten cabin port-lights. The old windows were bedded in with screws and a variety of goops including silicone and sikaflex, both internal and external.
The oscillating tool with a flat scraper, rather than the toothed blade was perfect, especially as the angle of blade can be altered for confined spaces.
Mine is a Fein copy (Parkside) from Lidl which takes Bosch blades.

Just cut out and replaced all the windows in the front cabin of a Dell Quay Ranger (plywood) with a Bosch virbacutter. Effortless and 50-year old plywood still in once piece.
