I have an old Tomos 3.5 outboard minus handbook.
Does anyone know what the correct fuel/oil mixture is, and what the right spark plug and gap should be ? A supplier of parts in the UK would help too.
Thank you,
Charles

My Tomos 18 used to use 50:1. The company below were at the time, the only UK parts dealer and importer of TOMOS bits. They also stock exploded parts diagrams, the nearest I got to owning the handbook.

Sea Page International,

If I can get the telephone number - I'll reply again.

hi, been away for a while. iv'e got an ailsa craig 4 hp, same as yours. fuel mix was 25:1 i found that too much oil, so 50:1 seems fine, go to your local accessory shop for the plugs/points as they are much cheaper, iv'e got spares if you need them, plus i know how to convert to short shaft...

regards, steve.

I have one of these, long shaft I believe done a max of 20 hours, about 20 years ago. Still turns over, so should be good for spares if any one is interested?
