Anyone know what the weather and sea is doing tomorrow morning at Hamble Point. Being forced to play with ribs at some unearthly hour of the morning and am wondering whether i'll need to take my wet weather gear, if yes i'll have to get it ready tonight as i'll be in no state in the morning. For some reason since i've started uni i've been non too well in the mornings!

Off Hamble point one is so sheltered it hardly matters a Tinkers cuss what the wind speeds are. As for wet weather gear, take it anyways there's plenty of room in the boot of the new Mercedes 500SL your Dad bought you for getting a place at Uni.
Not too well in the mornings? Morning sickness? Oh My God, you wait til yer mum finds out... you are in deep doo doo /forums/images/icons/smile.gif

It may be the early bird that catches the worm but its the second mouse that gets the cheese.

Ian, she's talking about feeling rough, as in feeling ill. Not what you did at Uni., feeling up and waking up with bits of Rough.

Cheers Byron, wish the Mercedes thing was true, i really want the purple one. As for the morning sickness thing, please dont encourage them, im already getting b******ings left right and centre for getting err slashed every day! Reason i ask bout the weather was that its been quite windy down here for the last couple of days and im just finishing a cold, hate playing in ribs in anything other than jeans and a t-shirt but cant afford to reinstate the cold!

A little hazy sun, otherwise generally cloudy.....

A "nice" Low moving down from N Atlantic, fighting against a high from S Atlantic
http://www.meto.govt.uk/weather/charts/composite.html which should generate some interesting varied weather. Looks like you can look forward to mediun to low wind, and at least mainly dry(ish)...unless you fall overboard, or doing too many stunts involving wave jumping, surfing etc. Of course this all depends on how fast the fronts are moving, and which moves along as the dominant one, or if they merge (probably ...later in the week-end Sat/Sun). In which case rain may come along as the cold air mixes with the warmer one...

Irrespective, I do hope that you'll have fun....

Re: blooomin \'eck

Bloody 'ell not you too
Now i know why she always insisted on calling me 'Wednesday'

Maybe, just once, someone will call me sir without adding, you're making a scene.

byron, I think you misread here - morning sickiness only comes from playing with RIBBED, especially in the early hours.

Enjoy the day anyway suzanne - you're going to get wet when playing about!

... I want to be back on the water!
