Is anyone else having difficulty getting in touch with Tollsbury Marina? We've tried calling on numerous occasions over the last 2-3 weeks (sometimes leaving messages) and emailed, but the phone is never answered and no-one ever comes back...

Strange. I assume you are ringing 01621-869202. I would try the brokerage number on 01621-868494 if you have no luck; it's in the same building

No problem with contacting them although it can take a couple of calls, best advice is from Tillergirl. It may be that they are short of hands as the harbour master and assistant have both left.

New harbourmaster is Tim Partington (who lives aboard in the marina), he was handed over from David on Thursday.

I must admit I got the answerphone yesterday, but everything works on Tollesbury time anyway.

I had the same problem, playing telephone tag with Julian all week.

Spoke to him today finally and it turns out BT broke their telephone line further up the street.

Being repaired now, so be patient and don't blame the marina

Comms are re-established, as I got through today. I bet they wish I hadn't though.
