Buying one nowadays might be a disappointment. So many quicker, better cars have been made since 1992.

They go for £50k plus now! I loved that car……GSI had a better dash though! then got an M5 E34 which was better still!

That is a price for a historic vehicle. Look at what else you can get for that! Various M cars of course, a Cosworth Impreza maybe, A45, the car world is full of cars that are so much better than a 90’s classic. Brilliant in it’s day, don’t get me wrong. But now, just nostalgia.

The value of any non essential possession is the enjoyment it gives you and the memories you make. Boats…cars...whatever. Old cars and old boats are far more enjoyable IMHO…..plus….I can’t afford new of either
