Nice! Like the cut of your mains'l. And the several indications that you're 'on the wind'......
But I reckon you could get close to 0.25kts more - or better - in such conditions if the reef tack pendant wasn't there detaching the laminar airflow over the business part of the mainsail - or clipped forward into the turbulence just aft of the mast.

Strange you should say that as I have now put the tack pennants on small detachable pulleys for ease of hauling and quick removal in light airs.
