I use ebay off and on. Never had any problems with buyers or sellers. I did have my id stolen but it was resolved within ten minutes of me becoming aware.
When selling you must ask a price to cover the initial charges, the selling fee, the (sometimes heavy) paypal charges and the carrage charges.
I currently have one item for sale ending tomorrow and have just bought a complete head gasket set for a xmas present to a friend with a Wolsey 4/44.
The important thing is to describe the goods fully when selling and be aware of the true value of an item when bidding.
Also look at the bid history of a seller before putting in a bid.
I have sold/bought over 100 items with 100% feedback.
