Has anyone else seen the footage of a rather splendid looking motorsailor rocking after getting stuck on the Corran ledge this weekend?

I shan't mention names :) but theres a rumour going around that its not the 1st time this particular fine vessel has had a run in with a well known under water obstruction on the west coast although there was no photographic evidence on the last occasion. This time he was apparently cutting the corner on a rising tide and had the wobbles after getting stuck but was hauled off with nothing injured but his pride :)

Fellow forumites might recognize her and her chentleman skipper...

I love the 1st comment "poor bugger ....learning is full of stress"

Its not a photo more like some phone shot footage of said vessel and crew swaying back and forth :)

I'll see if I can find a non facebook version.

There but for the grace of god...

We’ve all done it, or will do it.

or simply lie about not having done it

I trust such a Fyne vessel will have suffered no damage at all apart from the loss of some antifouling.

Indeed we have Wully and also made many a cod of mooring in full view of the meerkat brigade.

Must confess I was surprised by the extent of roll back and forth in the video that cant have been pleasant! Hope the old codger(if indeed it was him) isn't too shaken and his whisky collection survived the ordeal intact (apart from the obligatory stiffner of course).
