Quite agree - a useful tip is to purchase wet wipes - no water, refreshing and do the job.

Another way to keep down marina costs is using short stay offers. Dun Laoghaire charges 5 euro for 6 hours, enough for a shower, water and a good battery charge and a jaunt around Dublin. That's the best deal I've found but there are plenty charging less than a tenner.
Sagres and Super Bock, superb Portuguese lager, cheap as chips and even cheaper in Lidl in Portugal!But for important provisions, notably cheap beer, Lidl is tops. At least in Greece.../QUOTE]
