Tinned or plated UK 13A plugs?

Has anyone found a source of UK BS1363 (13A mains type) plugs with tinned or plated pins? Many leads come with such plugs moulded on, but I've yet to find a source of rewireable plugs.

[Later] I don't mean the gold or silver types for audiophiles, just Nickel plated ones that won't tarnish.

How about electroless nickel plating the parts of an existing plug.

We do have mains plugs where the pins are plated but these are 16amp pound pin not UK standard

I've been looking into an electroplating kit for another job, so it could be an option. Not sure which to choose:

Those are electro plating what I pointed to was electro-less no electric current used.

I have not done either myself but have had plenty done for my on various of my classic card and from what I gleaned from the guys who did mine its a bit od science but also a bit of an art to know the current density and electrode positions to use for the particular shape and size of items.

Because it would melt the plastic. I do have a chemical for tin plating, I could give that a try.

I contacted one of the sellers on eBay who do silver plated plugs, they have agreed to do a run of nickel plated ones:

I've got a couple of samples, they look excellent. These will be ideal for things like extension leads, and any other 13A plugs that corrode.

My 13A sockets tend not to be stuffed in a potentially damp locker, or their contacts touched with salty hands.
