No, due to the aero pressures that have built up around that speed. Try no more than 40 mph, and make PD sure that your knotty-stringy applied skills are up to it.

upside down or normal? reason i ask is because folded up it won't fit in boot with all the yacht gear!

Used to do this regularly with our Tinker with absolutely no problems. Easier inverted and, as LS. says, make sure the bow is securely attached to a strong point on the car.

Why not folded on the roof rack ? If you do transport inflated on roof, as mentioned, secure bow to front of car to stop it lifting.
