That's a big boat.
As beautiful as Lake Windermere is. I find it hard to understand why you would keep such a large cruiser on the lake. You cold buy a very nice cottage for that.

The fuel bills should have been relatively low if the owner stuck to the 10mph speed limit on Windermere.

At 10knts he/she would be breaking the speed limit, it's MPH.

No I missed that. Despite living only a couple of miles away the nearest I come to sailing there is watching your clips.

And yes you are right Windermere is beautiful but as others have pointed out the only lake in the Lake District is not Windermere - that's like saying Loch Lake ( if freshwater of course).
