Tide Times - download - HELP!

A week or so ago a link was posted to download tide time info. I have searched and cannot find it - presumably SWMBO has out it in a 'safe place'!

I tried to download at work and it didn't work so was going to try at home.

Does anyone have it?

If you just want the next 7 days then look at this - for tides click on a location - tidal streams by the hour and loads of stuff.

This uses Easytide too.
