For them's that's interested, the 2014 edition of the Guide du Plaisancier is due to be published soon. This annual directory lists all navigable waterways, their basic data (length, depth, air draft, etc.), ports (telephone numbers, rates), haltes, boatyards and other essential services and information, including tariffs and regulations. Reduced price if ordered before February 14th.

Also relevant, the VNF have published their vignette (licence to use the waterways) tariff for 2014. I can't see much change, except that the former Season rate (3 months) has been dropped. There is also a discount available - 17% off the annual (12 months) vignette price if bought before March 31st.
