How do you get these great deals? I just renewed my contract with 3 and they upgraded me to 4gb for £17 a month and a new Huawei phone, I have a 14 day cooling off period. I have kids with ipads I would like more gbs.

Threaten to leave at the end of the contract and then tell them what they need to do to keep your business. I did the same with Vodafone and got 4 iphones with 26gb of data, unlimited calls and texts for £100 per month (£25 per phone per month) on a 2 year contract - they don't advertise deals like that be they can do them if they want to keep your business.
