I try to keep an eye on all the forums as occasionally some useful bits do appear, but my main posting places are PBO and Scuttlebutt though just recently, I have posted here quite a bit. My boat is a motorboat at a slow speed when I don't hoist the white flappy things up the 35 foot flagpole ...................

@Poignard I think we are all fine (and happy about that)
I may be slightly biased but I feel that the mobo lot are more accommodating to PBO posters joining in discussions compared to moboers contributing in PBO.
I've been slightly insulted or made feel unwanted in PBO threads whereas I haven't noticed similar behaviour against PBO/Scuttlebutt posters in mobo.
Granted it was usually IT related issues in some threads that someone would pop up and claim that all that's rubbish and we should be navigating with 18century kit
... No big deal, there are idiots on all camps, so we just get on with life I guess ?

I have never knowingly insulted anyone in connection with his motor boating.
That would be an unforgiveable thing to do, especially as I might have to buy a motor boat when I become too old and enfeebled to handle a yacht.

Yeh I give as much as what I get , put up firm robust arguments on the TOPIC never the guy .
Sometimes wrong happy to admit that but mostly right , researched / observations/ experience.
We have crossed swords many a time and equally agreed it’s what forums are about sharing experience.This one all things mo Bo
Admittedly I have bust a few egos on here by asking pointy questions which I already knew the answer , which wasn’t what they were expecting.
Never felt the need to go for the guy personally.
