Does anyone have information about the mooring jetties in Thornham Creek near Hunstanton?
They are described in Henry Irving's 'Tidal Havens of The Wash & Humber' (6th ed. just out - I recommend - a few important updates from 5th ed) as 'all privately owned'. But do they ever come up for sale or rent on the open market and if so does anyone have a clue where they might be advertised (?boatsandoutboards.com?)? Or is it possible to build your own and if so who owns/controls the land?
Long-shot I reckon, but such a pretty place and, although I've not yet visited by sea, looks pretty suitable for my small cat with 0.75m draft.
Cheers.
