Are you actualy in SPAIN if so you have left it a bit late!!
DHL it to a reputable service agent ,local one to me is Parkers in Boston Lucas agents which I suppose you can rely on to do the correct job .
Any way why does it need doing are you sure its not the injectors !!

Just about every city in the UK has one. Might be worth an e-mail to info@thornycroftengines.co.uk if you're not in the UK: they might send an exchange pump.
Just to add a note to one of the other postings, why do you think you have a pump problem? Cost for servicing my BMC 1.5 pump was nearly £100 and that was about 20 years ago. Is the engine running at erratic speeds or refusing to tick over at about 600 rpm, if so it is the pump. If the problem is something else like difficult to start or lots of smoke it could be faulty glow plugs or dirty injectors.
Post the details of the problem and see if the PBOs can help,best to post a new message, that way it catches everyones eye.
