I came back to find someone on my mooring a few weeks ago (you'd think the dinghy that we'd left there was a dead giveaway, but no.....) and he was a bit disinclined to move until I asked him if the Harbourmaster had told him to moor there and did he want me to ring him up to get an alternative mooring for him? Erm, no, quite all right thanks, and he left. Hence my comment /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif.

First time it's happened in five years, mind you. I've no objection to someone else using the mooring whilst I'm out (though a cut of the money would be nice) but I do expect them to leave when I get back!
 
goodness. i used to do that drive kent to south coast via m25 every weekend. 2 and half hours to the boat, really drained me. Has it gt any easier
 
Well, it's off to St Vasst for us - probably last trip across the ditch for us this year (but never say never!).

Likely to be on the boat Friday night, maybe just in Hamble maybe out somewhere... don't know guess it depends what time we get down!

Saturday we've only got the day due to other commitments but we'll hopefully find somewhere nice and flat to do a spot of wakeboarding... thats of course if the misses lets me have a go this weekend /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif
