Oh no, he's back. Collected the Yeoman plotter from him on Tuesday - tried installing it today - all the wires from my GPS are different colours from those in the manual /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif

Really looking forward to the trip.

Just had to splash out on a new Tiller Pilot.
The old one that came with the boat has developed a habit of turning hard a-starboard.
The only way to cure this seems to be to take it apart and reassemble it.
It will then behave for an hour or two.
I can't put up with that.

The up side is that the new one will take NMEA 0183 which the old one would not.

Can't get to the boat this weekend so I will have to fit it and set it up next weekend ready for the off.

I went today. Arrived from Ramsgit at 1200 had Frits and Mayonaise, a couple of beers a visit to the supermarket by Mercator and left at 1445 back to Lowestoft at 19.30. Still the same old place. They seem to have built a sort of wave break thing at the entrance to Mercator/ RNSYC since I was last there. Have a good trip
