This looks a fun boat…..what class is it?

I spent a pleasurable few hours watching people cruise Scamps and Wight Potters on youtube.

It was a fair while before I realized the real lesson of the video was to cruise in places with no tides, sunshine and clear water.
 
That really is a dinghy with a lid. Looks quite tippy even in those light conditions. Fine if that is what you want. I prefer to be able to go below and put the kettle on rather than hanging over the side all the time.
Perfect boat here then. Dinghy with a lid that doesn’t heel, and won’t spill your coffee.

Any boat of that size that didn't benefit from attention to crew position would have to be unutterably slow heavy and boring. The TS16 , being designed by an antipodean is of course relatively light, well supplied with sail area and therefore interesting to sail
