Loaded up with tea n coffee and ginger biscuits.Turned heater up to max moved everything breakable to somewhere safe and went to watch the little raggies doing their best to keep upright at least for a minute or two.
Some seemed to spend 50% of the time sitting on the wrong part of the boat, some were firmly ashore waiting for a rescue boat to tow em off. Some had even come to their senses and having moored their upside down dinghy to a bouy had cleared off, presumably to collect boat when things calmed down a bit.
Wind gusting to 30 knots and about 4C.Loonies the lot of them.
Was very big tide due to wind pushing water well beyond prediction.

Big tide, spent most of the afternoon fending off all manner of crap from between the boat and pontoon. Also flooded the compound. One of the bits of debris looked like an engine drip tray or locker lid about 3'x5' made of fibreglass(fished it out of course,no idea of what to do with it)
