I feel it incumbent on me to clarify the position here.
At no point in the putative contract to provide sailing services was there any mention of using a boat called, or known as 'Full Circle'.
The organiser of the event (known as FullCircle) agreed to provide a floating platform with sails in order to provide entertainment in the form of a Gentleman's sporting pursuit, to whit, a 'Race'. The treaty entered into by Mr Morton was to supply rail weight and motive power to assist the proceedings.
Due thanks must go to the provider of the finely honed craft, Solene of this parish. Not a Full Circle then.
Hope this clarifies the position.

Nige crewed with FC last night, with other gents on a Hanse boat.
