No tricks, honest - what you see is what you get.
Who would like to try boarding, maybe with a couple of heavy bags in hands?

och nae bother !! , walk down the gangplank and then round the side on that big bit sticking out :p , you've never walked down the side of a bayliner have you :p

Old converted beam trawler or something? Plenty of boats like that with closed-in sterns to keep following waves out. No problem in her native northern waters where we berth alongside, but doesn't work so well when visiting the Med!

LOL, I understand your curiosity, folks.
But TBH, all I know is that I spotted this funny boat already some time ago in Ibiza, and I took a pic.
Yesterday, I came through it while re-ordering my files, and thought to post it here.
'twas even more impressive in the flesh, btw - I really couldn't think of any reasonable way to climb onboard.
The (sort of) walkaround along the hull coamings was maybe 6 inches wide, if that. And it seemed rather slippery, too...

Just worked it out. They drop a short ladder from the rail down onto the plank when they want off and on.
Doh! That's quite possible, coming to think of it.
'Course it means that they must have taken the ladder with them, when they left the boat (which seemed unattended when I spotted her).
I'd rather continue to carry a passerelle remote and a saloon door key in a floating keyholder, instead... :)

I think you are all wrong. There is a tiny button which you walk along the plank to press. This activates a pump which floods the bilges and the boat lowers in the water allowing you to just walk on.

Too much James Bond today:):):)

Thats just a silly idea!
What it actually is, is a 42ft Princess with a full pvc colour wrap to make it look unattractive to scrotes! ;)

Ok folks, considering the interest for the previous pic, I'll throw in another view of this gem.
As you can see, a P42 she definitely ain't.
Same style, yes, but this is surely longer. P72, maybe? :D
...running for cover...
