AND I have now sold Flipper and she will sail again

We are off for the first ever summer cruise for 10 days and despite some rain on Friday there is good weather and easy winds on the forecast - of course, your good fortune is real and mine is imaginary but at least SWMBO is coming. The incentive of seeing the grandchildren on holiday in Southwold will get her there

No survey - well there's a surprise! I hope I am not tempting fate as I haven't got the cash in my hands yet.

Last weekend I got a text from SWMBO when I was on Karouise asking how the new boat was - think that counts as taking an interest . I expect I will be calling upon Bernie's skills before the winter is out

In the words of Meatloaf - 'Two out of three ain't bad' - yard couldn't complete the rig for launching so now going in on Wednesday about 5pm.

Next weekend I WILL be afloat on the Crouch - anyone about? Thinking of a run up to Brandy Hole or North Fambridge.
