Seriously? Steam is pure waterNo more than the steam would perhaps not be good for fish and grey mullet feed around outlets.

Real one-upman-ship. A rubbish compactor on a Broom 44. Under the stairs.Yes, it’s a washing machine. In fact a washer/ drier.

They were somewhat surprised to find it there but it is very clever use of space.
I must admit it’s was never high on my list of priorities but herself now says it was one of the things that pushed her towards a Broom 42 over a 38 when we were looking at them - the one we saw in Amsterdam had one in the cupboard just before the main cabin and I have seen another one on a site where they have a washer and a drier stacked on top of each other.
Overall very impressed with the Linssen. This one is 13 years old but is in immaculate condition.
The only slight thing that is putting us off a bit is the Volvopenta D3 engine as there are a lot of horror stories about them. This one looks like new with no evidence of major part replacement and has been regularly serviced. Some older ones have Mercury engines and the latest (2022 on) have Yanmar but they are out of our price range ( £500k+)
Just a piece of misplaced whimsy on my part. I’m happy that no fish will be harmed in the making of this production. Not after it condenses and drips into The North Sea
