Cammas is incredible. I would love to see him try America Cup once to see if he can manage to get some decent results. Where french sailors are probably amongst the best when it comes to solo sailing, we never had anybody able to manage a team on a boat... I wonder why, too much ego would be my explanation. Even when Franck won the Volvo Ocean Race last year, there was apparently a lot of tension in between him and some of the senior crew members on board (I think it was Coville saying they were not happy with his strategy but as long as they were winning, they couldn't say anything).... I think this is a real cultural difference in between french people and british people.

Yes, and Groupama currently head the standings, having won the first offshore, and most of the first round of in port races. More in port stuff today.
