A rather disconcerting reflection on PBO forumites can be gleaned from looking at the number of replies that different posts attract. Why is it that anything to do with toilets, discharge or holding tanks seems to elicit more replies than virtually all the others added together. Only electrics give it a run for its money.

Does this imply a rather scatalogical obsession amongst them? How many replies would a post about electrically operated holding tanks attract?

Were they all rather strictly potty-trained by redoubtable Governesses?

(Or is that just wishful thinking on my part).

Think you'll find that any question related to.....dare I say it......COLREGS /forums/images/icons/shocked.gif draws more replies than all your toilets and holding tanks /forums/images/icons/wink.gif

Believe it or not my one and only post on Scuttlebut to top a hundred replies was on smoking onboard of all things.

I think the PBO reader to reader forum has allways been of a more practical nature than Scuttlebut .Your more likely to get practical advise than pi$$taking and fraybentos pie replies...

Inspite of that my lurking seems to allways tend towards Scuttlebut.
