The Olympic Ceremony

Yeah, I’m a bit pissed but I thought I should say it anyway. I’ve just been watching the Olympic thing and one can’t help feeling a bit of patriotism for the country you love. In my case, it’s England. Yet I’m a South African-born German.

We all complain about this Labour government and about the oppressive control from Brussels and rightly so. Labour sucks outright and we all hate their stealth tax, but governments change … the fact is that we live in the best country that the world has to offer right now. Britain has its problems, but I wake up every morning and thank the Good Lord that I call England home. We still have some semblance of Freedom here that the rest of the world no longer has. That's why I chose Britain as the country for my young family to call home.

you really must be hammered,... democracy ??? is that what they call it when they impose taxes, laws , rules without any vote. Seems to me that the current british government is controlled by a bunch of PC types hell bent on spending hard earned british taxes on minority groups, without any thought for the well good of the majority..keep sipping that whiskey , things will look even rosier soon.
