Any light is better than no light, I suppose. Plus your system shows you are 'special'.I don't exhibit a specific "anchor light" at night ..... but simply leave the LED salon lights on. Are they important enough?

Off Ryde ... IOW?Where exactly is 50.44 354 N 01.11.501 W ?
I'm going to make you see that there's nobody else here, no one like me .... I'm special, so special. I've got to have some of your attention. Give it to me.Any light is better than no light, I suppose. Plus your system shows you are 'special'.
Wierd format innit. From the navy as well!Where exactly is 50.44 354 N 01.11.501 W ?
Exact indeed. In fact the precision of that position is unnecessarily exact. I make it to within ± 0.0001 NM, i.e. around 0.2 metres.Where exactly is 50.44 354 N 01.11.501 W ?
Looks like the format is deg decimal minutes, other warnings don't have the decimal point after the degrees. Bit sloppy on their part.Copying it into Google maps puts it SSE of the IoW, but I doubt it would be anchored. Bit deep I should think.
Yes, until your insurer reduces a claim on the basis of contributory negligence, regardless of circumstances, as you did not comply with IRPCS.I don't exhibit a specific "anchor light" at night ..... but simply leave the LED salon lights on. Are they important enough?

The first time the mast comes down that will be top of the list. In theory, I could go up the mast as I have done several times but I've not been up there with tools and fiddly jobs so I'm not too keen 'cos it's rather high.I know this might be a very silly, if not impertinent, question
If you have LED saloon lights why not have an LED anchor light - and simply flow with convention.
