My vote did not register for some reason? its 23:20 here!!!
Anyway I have a pontoon mooring - which I brought (£2.500) and I pay a yearly maintenance fee (fee £200) new pontoon, water and electricity, security gate. Parking outside the gate. Fully tidal
Make you sick, all you on the south coast? and no M25 /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif
<font color="green"> What about the colour of the mooring bouy ...? /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif
Or the colour of the mooring warps ... /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif </font>
What do you mean by a dry berth, my mooring dries on springs but is still a trot mooring. What sort of ground tackle do you have? or is this something else?
My boat goes into a rack, by a huge modified forklift that can get it's prong things down in the water about 20' at low tides, wile still able to lift over 30' and move the prongs in and out to accomodate hulls.
So boat is on dry land all the time I'm not using it, so no antifoul, and no anode erosion. Just call them when you set off for boat, and it's in water and waiting when you arrive. Even better, it gets pressure washed everytime it comes out, so nice clean hull - and no antifoul! <g>
Not really, my mooring's fully tidal as well, it comes in and goes out twice a day. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif. And anyway, the M25 is Oop North from where I'm sitting.
