Went back there about 3 weeks ago, now been bought by by the Tregothnen(sp?) tea people. Smartened up but lacking the atmosphere it used to have. Food was good quality but VERY expensive for the minute sized portions, not just our opinion but also overheard people on next table grumbling about it too.

He used to make out he & his family had owned the place for generations, but locals in Falmouth assured me he was only a tenant and the place was owned by Charlie Boy.

Is the room dedicated to the Uganda still there ???

More expensive! I never knew if I should eat the £4 pasty or frame it and put it on the wall.
Does anyone know if you can get a drink there in the evening now?
